San Pedro Sula, Honduras

St. Patrick’s sent a mission to Honduras from January 23-29, 2017. We worked with SAMS Missionaries Mike and Kim Miller.  The Miller’s have been working in Honduras for over 10 years and have a well-established ministry there which includes a school and an orphanage.  St. Patrick’s mission team worked to develop a clean water distribution system for the orphanage, which is located outside of San Pedro Sula along with other tasks that were necessary for teh success of the orphanage..

Rick Thurman will be leading this team along with Fr. Ray.  Rick has extensive experience with these types of missions, particularly water projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for us!   Please begin praying for the team.

Cochabamba, Bolivia

in 2014 we established a partner relationship with La Trinidad Iglesia Anglican Episcopal in Cochabamba, Bolivia.  We believe that missions (short and long term) are a crucial part of our Christian discipleship.  Through this partnership we have made 3 trips to Bolivia with a 4th trip currently in the planning stages.  We serve with long-term missionaries Rusty and Tammy Firestone.

We have done light construction work and ministered to the needy, but our primary focus is Christian education and training.  On our most recent trip, Fr. Chris the opportunity to address and teach the clergy of the Diocese of Bolivia at their Annual Synod.  We have also been involved by leading their parish retreat and served in a poorer section of the city at a church plant started by La Trinidad.

Our relationship continues to grow, and we look forward to future work with La Trinidad and the Diocese of Bolivia. Email Fr. Chris for more information

The Experience is a Blessing

We encourage you to reach out and see if going on the next mission trip is right for you. We would love to hear from you and discuss the trip and what our plans are for the next trip. It is a calling of St.Patrick’s to meet and help other churches and outreaches in our faith.
